Alimardanov Elchin, was born in  07.09.1966. Graduated from the Military Institute, Moscow in 1988. He also  has a master degree in finance from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics in 2003. He has started mountaineering in 2011. Since 2016, he continued his activities as a professional guide.

-In 2011, attended mountaineering training  in camp in Georgia.

-From 2012 to 2018, he climbed Shahdag (4243 m), Bazarduzu (4466 m), Babadag (3629 m), the peaks of the Gizil Gaya massif (up to 3750 m).

- He is fond of climbing. Member of the mountaineering  club "QARTAL".

-Conducts excursions/tours to interesting places in Baku, Absheron, Gabala, Sheki, Shemakha, Guba and other regions of Azerbaijan
